Return & Refund Policy

At Days of Meaning, each print is produced to order through our print-on-demand production partner. This means your order is created especially for you once it has been placed.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to make a change to your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Orders can be amended or cancelled within 2 hours of being placed.

After this 2-hour window, your order may already have been sent to print. Once production has started, we are unable to cancel, amend or refund the order unless there is an issue with the item received.

This includes changes to:

• print size
• design
• delivery address
• quantity
• customer details

Please check all order details carefully before completing your purchase.

Returns

As our prints are made to order, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size choice, unwanted items, or customer ordering mistakes once production has started.

Personalised and custom-made items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged, faulty, incorrect, or not as described.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue.

Please include:

• your order number
• a clear photo of the item
• a clear photo of the packaging
• a brief description of the issue

Where the issue is confirmed, we will arrange a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Delivery Issues

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If your order appears to be delayed or lost in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to help investigate the issue with the delivery provider.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund once it has been issued.

Digital Downloads

Digital download orders are non-refundable once the files have been accessed, downloaded or delivered, unless there is a fault with the file or an error with the order.
