SHIPPING & PACKAGING

All prints are made to order and produced by our trusted global print partner.

Orders are fulfilled as close to your location as possible where available, helping with faster delivery and reduced environmental impact.

A6, A5 and A4 prints are usually shipped flat in reinforced packaging.

A3, A2 and A1 prints are usually shipped rolled in sturdy postal tubes.

DIGITAL DOWNLOAD OPTION

Choose the Digital Download — No Physical Item Posted option to receive printable files for both the King and Queen designs.

Your files will be sent automatically after payment and can be printed at home, online or through a local print shop.

No physical item will be posted when the 'Digital Download Only' option is selected.

Digital files are for personal use only and may not be resold, shared or redistributed.

CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS

Each physical print is made to order, so cancellations or changes are only available within the order amendment window.

Once production has started, we’re unable to cancel or amend the order unless there is an issue with the item received.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help resolve it.

Digital downloads are non-refundable once files have been emailed & downloaded, unless there is an issue with the file.
